Assistant Professor & Section Head Chemical Pathology, Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, Aga Khan University Karachi‐Pakistan Chair, Pak‐IMD‐Net. Her focus is on experimental and diagnostic research on rare disorders of bone and mineral diseases and inherited metabolic disorders. She has represented Pakistan in IFCC meetings and conferences and was the representative of Pakistan in IFCC for many years. She has also contributed towards IFCC e‐academy. For the health professional education research aspect her interests include distance learning and workplace‐based assessment. Her biggest achievement is introducing WBA in the Chemical Pathology residency programme, at Aga Kahn University and nationwide.
