Degree in Law from the Iberoamerican University – Mexico City. Master in Bioethics from the National University of Cuyo- Mendoza, Argentina. Doctoral degree on Human Rights Culture from the Columbia University Center - Mexico City. Health Technology Assessment Diploma from the Institute of Clinical Effectiveness and Health and the National Center for Health Technology Excellence. Currently working as Head of the ELSI Department at the National Institute of Genomic Medicine – Mexico. Also, Chairwoman of the Institutional Review Board of the National Institute of Genomic Medicine – Mexico.
