Daniel Gervais is the Milton R Underwood Chair in Law, Director of the Vanderbilt Intellectual Property Program and co-Director of the LLM Program at Vanderbilt Law School. He focuses on international intellectual property law and the law of Artificial Intelligence. Prior to his academic career, he spent 10 years researching and addressing policy issues on behalf of the World Trade Organization, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers, and the Copyright Clearance Center. His research was published in Science, major law reviews, and in books published by Oxford University Press and Cambridge University Press.
